Price the plates separately for adults, teens and children, at the offer's rates. Add alcohol: the venue's package, or corkage plus your own. Then the cake, hall rental and extra hours, and last the service percentage on whatever the venue charges it on. Divide the total by the number of guests. The calculator on this page does it for you.
According to 2026 market overviews, usually 35,000–55,000 zł. In the example on this page, at 320 zł per plate with alcohol and service, it comes to 43,965 zł for 100 guests. You'll only know the exact amount from your own offer.
Nothing: leave the field empty. An empty field isn't zero, so the line shows “no price” and the total gets a “+ ?”, so the bill never looks lower than it will be. Enter zero only when the offer says something is included.
