What we do

You upload venue offers as PDFs or links to the venues' sites, and AI reads the price per plate, the rates for children and teens, the alcohol rules, corkage, service and surcharges. We work out the gross bill for your guests and put the venues side by side, with their menus, terms and what couples and guests say about them.

The Concierge finds venues on the web that fit your description of the wedding. Before the deposit we check the contract against the offer, and after the wedding the final bill against the contract and the guests who came. We also help with the budget, RSVPs, rooms for guests and the seating plan.

How we work out a venue's real cost

• Every amount points to its source: the file and page of the offer, or the venue's website.
• Adults, teens and children are counted separately, at the offer's rates.
• Alcohol is counted the way the venue allows: its package, or corkage plus your own alcohol, priced for an average evening.
• We add the service percentage, cake and dessert, hall rental, extra hours and any other surcharge the offer lists.
• A missing price never counts as zero: we mark it ("+ ?") and suggest what to ask the venue. Every assumption we make, such as children counted as adults when the offer gives no rate for them, is labelled as an estimate.

The signed offer or contract with the venue is always what's binding. The numbers help you compare offers and know what to ask before you pay the deposit.

How we make money

You pay, once, for the whole wedding: Start is free, the Wedding Package costs 149 zł, and the Concierge 349 zł together with the Wedding Package. No subscription.

We take no money from venues. Venues don't pay for a place in the comparison or in the Concierge's results, and they can't advertise with us. The free Start plan has one ad slot below the page's content, always labelled and never in the venue comparison.

How we write our guides

• We answer the question in the first paragraph and work out the amounts step by step.
• Worked examples use fictional venues, so we never judge a real one.
• Market figures come with their sources, and every guide shows when it was published or last updated.
• We check prices every season.
• The guide to contracts isn't legal advice: we quote the law, and when something worries you, we send you to a lawyer.

Offers, contracts and bills are read by Google's Gemini model. Your files are private: only you and the people you invite to plan with you can see them. The model's provider is not allowed to train on them. The details are in our privacy policy.
